We cater paella, the best known and most beloved dish in the world. It was a natural choice. Born in Spain, I grew up waching my mom cooking paella for the peasants in the field during harvest time, for my dad's constructions workers celebrating the end of a special project, for our Sunday meal....the flavor of the paella, the smell of the ingredients when it is cooking brings home memories.
Nosotros servimos paella, el plato mejor conocido y amado del mundo. Fue una decision natural. Nacido en Espana, me crie viendo a mi madre cocinando paella para los campesinos en tiempo de cosecha, para los trabajadores de mi padre celebrando el final de alguna obra importante, para nuestra comida del Domingo...el sabor de la paella, el olor de sus ingredientes cuando se esta cocinando trae memorias del hogar.

We cook paella on site. Meaning we set up where the event is going to take place, we bring our own burners, paella pans and all the ingredients fresh, no pre-cook, we cook in front of your guests and serve buffet style.
